MOBILITY BIKE DONATED TO ST JOSEPH’S HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN IN MEMORY OF TRACI NOGE

IN LOVING MEMORY OF TRACI NOGE

Our fellow Variety board member Frank Noge's wife Traci Noge (former Variety of Florida board member) passed away a few years ago and to honor his late wife's memory Frank donated three specialized therapy bicycles to help children with mobility disabilities.

One therapy bicycle was granted to St. Joseph's Children's Hospital's Pediatric Rehabilitation Department in Tampa, Florida. Lauren Rosen, Motion Analysis Center Program Coordinator, says they're incredibly grateful and it was much needed. She indicated it was being heavily used...

These specialized therapy bikes from Freedom Concepts Inc contain training wheels and are made specifically for children with mobility hardships. The bikes offer physical and therapeutic benefits and can help unlock kids potential making them gain freedom and independence. Children can have a chance to be social, participate in sports and join life activities.

The second therapy bike was donated to United Cerebral Palsy located in Orlando, Florida (pictures unavailable due to Covid-19 restrictions at the center) and the third therapy bike will be granted to a yet disclosed center.
