FIRST RESPONDERS MOVIE APPRECIATION DAY AT EPIC THEATRES

The Variety of Florida team recently hosted their First Responders Appreciation Day event at various Epic Theatre locations! The event was held at the Deltona, Mt. Dora and Lee Vista-Orlando Epic Theatres and additional movie dates will soon follow... Families were each treated to a MUCH-DESERVED movie-day with free tickets to watch the new movie, Tom & Jerry, a free Variety gold-heart pin, and free popcorn and beverage to enjoy.

Variety of Florida President, Marshall Cohn says, "As with most nonprofits Variety the Children's Charity of Florida has been severely impacted in our fund-raising abilities due to Covid-19. Fortunately, over the years we have conservatively places money in reserves. So pandemic aside, we still have resources to do small projects to help our community. The board of directors of our organization is proud and enthusiastic about treating our frontline workers and their children to a much-deserved afternoon at the movies."
