While in fifth grade, Jamie was diagnosed with scoliosis and needed a torso brace. Variety was able to cover her medical costs and gave her family peace of mind. This was able to keep her active and now this September, Jamie is giving back and tackling a long 24-mile hike to raise money for children struggling through physical challenges, making sure they acquire the medical support they deserve without limitations - just like she did!
